Sanyo to be the largest shareholder of Dalian Refrigeration

Dalian Refrigeration Co Ltd (Dalian Refrigeration, stock code:000530£¬200530) made an announcement today saying that Sanyo Electric Co Ltd (Sanyo Electric) and Dalian State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration departments will hold a 30 percent of stake in the Dalian Bingshan Group Co Ltd (Bingshan Group) respectively, the largest shareholder of Dalian Refrigeration, after the restructuring of the group, the China Securities Journal reported on Monday.
Holding a 10 percent of shares of Dalian Refrigeration, Sanyo Electric is the second largest shareholder of it at present, and will become the largest shareholder of it after deal.(cs.com.cn)
